For bathrooms, three of the rooms have their own private en- suites, while one modern bathroom is shared between just two rooms 👌

Room 2: Shares a modern bathroom located on the same floor—shared with only one other housemate! 🌟

THE HOUSEMATES 👩‍💼👨‍💼
You’ll be sharing this home with four other young professionals. Since the house has just been fully refurbished, you and your new housemates will be the very first to move in and enjoy the fresh space! We already have two housemates who just moved in, and another two currently going through the process:

🔹 Michael (33): Works for Affinity Water. He enjoys rugby, reading, and cooking.
🔹 Robert (31): A Web Developer whose hobbies include music production, football, the gym, and watching sports, films, or TV.
🔹 Mya (24): From Myanmar, studying for a Master's in Business. She is a big foodie who loves trying new dishes, painting, and cooking.
🔹 Hsu (22): She is also from Myanmar and studying for her Master's in Business (she and Mya are friends), and shares the same love for cooking, painting, and trying new foods.

We know that great chemistry is key to a happy home, so you’ll have the opportunity to meet them to ensure it’s a perfect fit before signing your contract. ⭐ 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
