1 bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom maisonette on King Street in Hammersmith. Great access to the Underground (Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park 5 mins away), as well as nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

We're a relaxed and friendly household with three postgrad students staying on. The room is available from 25 June. Summer lets will be considered.

1 bathroom, as well as a large kitchen and separate living room shared between tenants. There is a washer-dryer and dishwasher. There is an outdoor terrace at the back of the property. Plenty of storage space in the rooms and elsewhere in the property.

Council tax band E, with 25% discount as the rest of us are full-time students (or no council tax at all, if you're also a full-time student). Bills (gas, electricity, broadband) between £30 and £60 per person per month depending on the season.
