I've recently moved into a newly refurbished 3-bed house on Over Street, right in the heart of the North Laine, and I'm looking for two people to take the spare rooms.

The house has just had a brand-new kitchen and bathroom fitted, so everything still feels fresh and modern, while keeping the character of a Victorian terrace. The location is hard to beat — a few minutes from Brighton Station, surrounded by great cafés, pubs and independent shops, and only a short walk from the beach.

A bit about me:

I work in the live music industry, so my schedule can be a bit unusual. When I'm in Brighton, I'm around quite a lot, but I also spend long periods away on tour — sometimes for weeks, occasionally for months at a time. The upside is that you'll often get the place largely to yourselves, but I'm looking for people I can trust to treat the house like a home and look after it while I'm away.

I'm fairly sociable and enjoy having friends over for dinner, drinks, games nights or a film. My party-house days are mostly behind me, but it's not a library either. I'd love the house to feel friendly and lived-in rather than a collection of strangers passing each other in the hallway.

One thing to bear in mind: it's a meat-free house. You don't need to be vegan or vegetarian yourself, but I don't want meat being cooked or stored in the house. Apart from that, it's pretty relaxed.
