I've been living in this flat for over 25 years and looking for someone to share the flat bills and expenses.
The flat is council tax D so the bills and council tax are quite expensive council tax £95pcm each unfortnitly as im not a student ther is no student exemption

I am an artist a and have a keen interest in antiques I lived for several years in Germany and speak fluent German.
The site is quite old and rustic however unusually quaint the bathroom is a little bit old fashioned and it just has a handheld mixer tap shower.
Is a very beautiful flat , most important thing is we get on together, sorry no couples
