The room is available from 5/8/2026 with rent of £1200 a month for couple and £1100 a month for a single renter and this rent is inclusive of bills of council tax, fuels, water and broadband. The room is furnished with a double bed, a sliding wardrobe desk and office, work light and bedside table and lamp. You are sharing three bathrooms, two kitchens (1 with a dining area and one with a living area) and a back garden and a front garden for all off the street car parking. The kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of kitchen storages, many fridge freezers, 2 washers, dryer, gas hobs, oven, kettle n toaster n microwaves. Zone 2 Denmark Hill station is minutes walk away and train to central London (Victoria and London Bridge). Close to all local amenities and gyms and parks, Walworth market is a short bus ride away.
