Hey! I’m Warren, 22, a second year Drama School student looking for a relaxed, friendly flatmate to replace my current LSE flatmate, who is off to new adventures from early July.

I would prefer to live with a fellow student. Great if you’re sociable, respectful, and easy to live with. Think good chats, occasional hangouts, but also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

The modern 2-bed flat is near Goldhawk Road / Shepherd’s Bush. It’s 2 mins from the tube and about 10 mins walk to Westfield, restaurants, pubs, shops, gym, theatres and lots more. The flat has a calm, easygoing vibe - Definitely more chilled creative London flat than party house.


Rent is 2340 and each room is £1170 pcm.
You will have a double room and your own spacious bathroom with shared open plan kitchen and lounge!

Bills are separate around £60 each.
With the both of us being students, we are exempt from council tax. It’s rented through a local agency so referencing and guarantor needed.
