The room: Large double room in a shared flat with shared kitchen and bathroom (no shared living room). Bills included, including superfast Virgin Media internet.

Recent mini renovation includes:

• New kitchen flooring
• Fresh paint throughout the flat

The room comes furnished with:
• Double bed + mattress (happy for you to bring your own mattress if preferred)
• Large wardrobe
• Desk with 2 drawers

The kitchen and bathroom are both fully equipped.

I’m new to the landlord side of things, but I’ve lived in shared houses/flats for the last 5 years, so I understand the etiquette and what makes a good flatshare 😊

Looking for someone tidy, clean, considerate, and easy to live with. Ideally someone who wants a homely environment where we can socialise now and then, whilst also respecting each other’s own space and downtime.

You’d be living with me and one other tenant, who is a 24-year-old female and works as a teaching assistant. We’re both respectful of shared spaces.

A bit about me: I work as a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager, so free medical advice included haha. Not a huge drinker and prefer a more relaxed homely and quiet flat rather than a party house.
