👩🦰 About Me
I work in the leisure industry as a yoga and swim teacher, alongside freelance work in corporate events.
I’m peaceful, warm, sociable, creative, and chilled. I enjoy the occasional sharing of food, gatherings, and conversation, but I also really value having my own space too.
I don’t drink or smoke and would prefer a housemate with a similar lifestyle.
I love animals, especially cats. I regularly pet sit and may occasionally board dogs and cats in the future, so being animal-friendly is important.
🏡 The Vibe
This is a peaceful, low-drama home — more a place to recharge than a party house.
While I enjoy the occasional shared meal, relaxed gathering, or having a few friends over now and then, the overall atmosphere is calm, respectful, and easygoing rather than loud or hectic.
I value:
Mutual respect for space and routines
Clean and tidy shared areas
Clear, kind communication
A calm and considerate atmosphere
Transparency around bills
Shared responsibility in maintaining the home
🎯 Looking For
Someone who is grounded, clean, considerate, and easy to live with, with their own routine and a stable working life.
This would suit someone with a creative or thoughtful side — whether through work or lifestyle — who also appreciates a calm, welcoming home environment.
If you’re sociable yet independent, respectful of shared spaces, animal-friendly, and enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal without needing a busy household, we’ll likely get along well.
👋 Viewings
Due to my schedule, I’m offering:
Initial video viewings via Zoom
Followed by an in-person meet over a cuppa
Final step: meeting the landlord together
No agreements or deposits will be made until we’ve both met and are happy moving forward.
Please send a short introduction about yourself or a link to your profile. Thank you for taking the time to read through the listing. If this sounds like your kind of home, I’d love to hear from you.
