Room in Plant-Based, Peaceful Home in Redcliffe

I'm looking for a flatmate/lodger for my flat in Redcliffe!

Please note this is a fully plant-based flat - you don't have to be Vegan, but animal food products are prohibited.

Location: Very Close to Bristol Temple Meads (I've walked from my flat to a train in 5 minutes before!) and the new UoB Enterprise Campus. Less than 10 Minute walk to the City Centre.
20-30 minute walk to UoB Clifton Campus. There's also a Metrobus stop to UWE about 5 minutes walk away.

The flat is in good condition, and the bedroom is a small double size and furnished. There is 1 good-sized bathroom with a shower/bath. The living room is large with a sofa bed that guests can use from time to time if needed :)

I'm a fairly tidy, quiet person, and young families are living in the block, so it would best suit someone relatively peaceful. I work as an environmental activist, so we'll get on if you're also progressive!

Please be aware I have people visit for community events and/or to stay over fairly frequently - I'll give notice though!

Electricity (including Heating) - Not Included. About £30 a month each during summer and £90 a month each during winter

*Note: Since you’ll be living with me as a lodger, we’ll sign a simple Lodger Agreement rather than a standard tenancy contract. This helps us clearly outline things like notice periods and house rules so we’re both protected. I’m happy to adapt the agreement to suit your needs, but please keep in mind I can’t provide official legal advice!
