The house is calm, clean and well organised, ideal for someone who wants a comfortable place to stay during the working week.

– Desk and chair suitable for work or study
– TV in the room
– Kettle for personal use

Bathroom:
– Shared bathroom (between two people only)
– Additional downstairs toilet

– Around 15–20 minutes’ drive to Bristol city centre
– Close to green spaces and parks
– Good transport links

Important information:
– Monday to Friday let only (no weekend stays)
– No parties, no overnight guests
