1 double bed room

I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room on a 6 month basis (with possibility to extend ) I thought it would be nice to have a roommate as a way to meet new people and be more social.

I’m pretty social but like time on my own to recharge too. I enjoy cooking and would be nice to eat together/ hangout sometimes! I also like crafting and trying new things, and I’m gradually doing bits of decorating to the house. I’m clean and tidy so someone similar is essential - just for my own peace of mind I usually have a cleaner come in every so often for living room/ dining room - but whoever rents does not need to contribute :)

If you have pets, we can discuss, but would depend on circumstances!

No Smoking in the house but as long as you clean up no issue with you smoking outside.

Parking - I have my car on the drive, but at the end of the street is a semi private car park (its a cul de sac, so not much foot traffic. There are street lights in car park so feels very safe and secure)

Ground floor - 1 toilet, open plan living/ dining, conservatory and kitchen. There’s a nice little garden and a decent sized garage too. This would all be communal, happy to send photos.

1st floor - Bathroom (bath/shower/toilet), 1 double bed, 1 master bed + 1 single room (used as a home office)

Women bed preferred, LQTBQIA+ friendly
