I’m a young professional working in tech engineering and have called Bristol home for over 15 years. I'm looking to rent out a furnished double room in my lovely end-terrace townhouse in St George. Female preference, please - you'll be joining a friendly household where all current housemates are female.

Close to supermarkets, cafes, and pubs.

Frequent and quick bus links to the city centre.

Cycle route nearby - great for commuting or weekend rides.

Quiet and safe area, tucked away from main roads.

Lovely green space right in front of the house.

🏠 About the house:

The home features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, making it feel bright and spacious. There’s a Juliette balcony in the living room, letting in loads of natural light during the day. On-street parking is available nearby/ car park in the estate (no allocated space).

Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all essential kitchenware, cookware and utensils so everything you need for day-to-day living is already here.

🛏️ The room:

Double room on the top floor.

Fully furnished - double bed, chest of draws, clothes rail, bed side table and lamp.

Shares a large family-size bathroom with me (the other housemate has their own ensuite).

💡 Looking for:

A professional who’s clean, tidy, respectful, and happy to contribute to a relaxed and homely vibe. Ideally, someone with a similar 9 - 5 work schedule and doesn't work from home often unless able to work in their room, as we like to keep the shared spaces chilled and screen-free during the day and weekends.
