I’ve just moved into this lovely, spacious 2-bed maisonette and I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share this new home.
The Room: can be furnished or unfurnished dependant on your needs, double room with plenty of light.
Amenities: Cosy lounge, a functional kitchen, there is a lovely roof terrace which is a real suntrap.
There are excellent links to Bristol city centre with it being easily reachable by bus or cycling in 20minutes.
Being on a main bus route and access to Dotts.
there is plenty of storage space and room for your bike if you're an avid cyclist like me !
Local barbers below (head barbers) highly recommend!
There is also the best pub in Bristol (voted by Bristol live) - Rose and & Crown serving superb food particularly Sunday roast!
Finally there is a really good take-away - Samroys serving top kebabs to help after a night out or with the Sunday scaries! and Fish and Chips for a classic Friday night in.

About Me:
I’m a 33 year old professional, working as a Civil Engineer in the Highways Sector. Easy-going and respectful of space. I’m quite active and love getting out for football and tennis, paddle boarding and cycling. On the weekends, you’ll likely find me playing football most Saturday afternoons and socialising out and about. whilst keeping a peaceful home to come back to.. I’m looking for someone who enjoys catching up and having a debrief of the days events but also likes to have their quite space and happy doing their own thing.
About You:
