On offer is a double room in a 2 bed (1st floor) Georgian flat, located in a vibrant part of south London. Walking distance to Queens road Peckham (Windrush line) as well as New Cross Gate station (Also Windrush Line).

Fantastic bus links with a bus stop right opposite the flat (Buses 21 towards London Bridge and Borough, 53, 453, 172 towards Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Marylebone).

The Living and Kitchen are open plan, kitchen isnt huge but works really well for 2 people in the flat. There is a full size fridge, a microwave, toaster and a working oven. There is no gas connection in the flat so everything is electric. The kitchen has all the basics but I am happy to add or remove things based on what you'd like, same goes for the bedroom.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. All lodgers will be subject to background checks and signing of a lodger agreement, as well as one months deposit. Council tax would be additional to the bills if that’s relevant to you.
