Two large furnished bedrooms available for short-term summer lets in a spacious terrace house near Tooting Bec.

The rooms are available from 25 July to 25 August this summer and can be rented separately or together.

They are generously sized by London standards and share a bathroom. The house is quiet, comfortable, and fully furnished, with access to:

* large kitchen
* living and dining areas
* garden/outdoor space
* fast WiFi
* washing machine/tumble dryer
* desk for remote working

Excellent location:

* short walk to Tooting Bec Underground (Northern Line)
* close to Tooting Common
* easy access to central London
* cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby

£1000 per room including bills.

This would suit respectful and tidy professionals, interns, visiting academics, postgraduate students, or people temporarily based in London.

For part of the period the house will be entirely empty, and for the remainder I will be staying separately in another part of the house with my own bedroom and bathroom.

I work in biotech/life sciences and enjoy swimming and language learning outside work. I speak English, Mandarin, lItalian and Spanish and am currently working on my French. I’m friendly, respectful, and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds.

PS I have two lovely cats in the house.
