Current tenants are George, Obi & Boba, two of which are beautiful friendly cats.
George is working as a teacher after passing his training last year, so this property is ideal for a working professional.
George is very sociable but fully lets you do your own thing, no encroaching on your space. You’ll likely find him relaxing with Obi, smashing a video game or cracking out some artwork.

You have the choice of either the upstairs or downstairs room and the unused one will subsequently be used as a shared office/store space. It has been currently used as an office/art studio space so the choice is yours.

Good travel/commute links with bus stops immediately outside the property, easy access to local cycle paths and just up the road from Lawrence hill train station.

It’s opposite the wonderful troopers hill nature reserve and close to the river, perfect for hanging out and walks in the summer.
Loads of pubs and shops nearby, just up from St George park and Church road too with Aldi, Lidl and loads of restaurants/bakeries.

It’s a very relaxed house with the cats so not one for the crusty party crew, but if you want somewhere you can unwind after work/crack on with work at home it’s ideal.

The agency are very responsive to any maintenance issues. Council tax band B.

The property is available from the 1st of May, and you would be initially taking on my final 3 months of the contract (ending in August) however George plans to stay on at the property after, so it will give you good opportunity to see if you like living here before you sign on for longer, at which point you can continue rolling on. I really loved living here but had to leave early due to a Job opportunity out of town.

The room is available from 1st of May, however I can be flexible with the date as it is initially a tenancy swap, so if you wanted to move in sooner or later we can arrange that.
