- EDF electricity & gas ~£30-60 pm
- Thames Water ~£21 pm
- Council tax ~£65 pm

Some space in the living room is used to store my equipment, but there is still space for you to have a shelf and store your stuff as well.

Requirements:
- earning at least £20k per year, the estate agents will perform credit checks

Room 1 - Single (available from 31/08/26) includes:
