Double room in a second floor flat.  The flat has just two letting rooms.  There's a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a shower over the bath).  It's newly decorated, and has new carpets and vinyl flooring throughout.

White goods (washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer) and furniture that's in the flat can be gifted to the new tenants (see photos), so the flat is ready for immediate occupation.  

The flat has been upgraded with mains interlinked fire alarm system, fire doors, thumb turn locks, improved insulation, and additional electrical points in each room.

There is an allocated parking space for 1 car, plus free on-street parking.

This would be ideal for two people (e. g. close friends/flatmates, or parent and adult child) who wish to share a flat together.  

Some bills included:   The Landlord will pay the Council Tax and Water bill.   

Working tenants, or tenants (over 35) receiving Universal Credit or Housing Benefit are welcome to apply.  DSS (Universal Credit Housing Costs Element) payments (at LHA rate for this area) may cover the full rent.  -  Contact for details.

Tenants may need to provide a guarantor.  Landlord will accept the White Horse Lettings (Abingdon), "rent in advance" and "rent and damage guarantee" as an alternative to a personal guarantor.  The White Horse Lettings scheme is for people who have made a homelessness application to the Council.  Please phone White Horse Lettings (part of the Council) for details of this scheme.
