Peaceful House in Withington 🏡

I have a big spacious double room for rent, & you will mostly have the house to yourself for a few months from the start. My current housemate is leaving in May.

I’ve got a bit of a unique situation: I am having a baby mid May time, so I will be spending a few months at my parents’ home in Blackpool, & you will have pretty much the whole house to yourself for that time. I’ll just be popping back & forth now & again to pick things up & check on the house etc.

My plan is to move back in around August time with baby girl, so this ad is for short term with a possibility for longterm should you wish to stay on with a newborn baby in the house & if this works for me as well. I can discuss the details more with you if you’re interested & come to see the house.

It’s a lovely place; big spacious double bedroom lots of light, pink Smeg fridge & lovely kitchen, garden you can sunbathe in the Summer, driveway parking, quiet area - you can hear the birds singing in the morning! Lots of transport links.
