My best friend and I are looking for a housemate to move into our lovely home. We have been here 5 years and truly put the effort in to make a house a home. My parents are our current landlords but Jamie and I intend on taking over the mortgage next summer. We have a diverse and lovely group of friends that are often over to listen to records and have bbqs in the summer. We love music and frequent dub nights but appreciate a calm environment at home. We are looking for someone sociable, tidy, warm and considerate to join the house share. Some nice trinkets or plants to help decorate the space would be a welcome addition too.
We have a small, elderly and cuddly dog called Maggie who has been in my family nearly 10 years. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. We have a bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelving unit which you would be welcome to use but if you’d rather bring your own furniture this is no stress either.
