You’ll be sharing with Olivia (32) and Thistle (32), two friendly and easygoing housemates who’ve created a warm, relaxed home. Olivia works as a hostel manager while training to become a counsellor, and enjoys running, gym sessions, and the occasional dancehall kitchen boogie. Thistle works for a refugee charity, is vegan, and loves swimming at Clevedon’s tidal pools or getting creative in the spare room.

The house itself is spacious and full of potential. There’s a large, comfortable living room, plus a dedicated spare room that doubles as an office and crafting space—perfect if you need a quiet spot to focus or unwind. The garden is a real highlight: big, green, and ready for someone with a passion for growing veg or simply enjoying the outdoors.

The area is peaceful, with plenty of nearby green spaces and easy on-street parking (no permits needed). It’s a great balance of calm surroundings while still being social at home—whether that’s shared dinners, nights out, or bike rides together.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, and enjoys a relaxed, respectful living environment. The house has a calm vibe, so it suits someone who’s mindful about noise, especially late at night. At the same time, . It is an older house so floorboards are a bit creaky and it would probably suit someone who's less of a light sleeper.

Ideally, the room would suit someone who doesn’t work from home full-time and enjoys having a good balance between home life and being out and about.

Bills are typically around £100 per month on top.
