Large double bedroom in friendly houseshare

A spacious double room available in a lovely houseshare in St Werburghs from 29th of May.

I’m moving back to France and am looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly houseshare with 3 other working professionals (aged 30–32, 2 females and 1 male). They’ve lived together for over four years and are warm, welcoming, great people to live with! We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and sociable - someone who wants a home vibe, not just a room.

The room is ground floor at the front of the house (I was initially worried about the noise from the road as I am a very light sleeper, but it hasn't been a problem at all). It's a really nice size, it easily fits a desk setup and it gets lots of sun in the afternoon.

The bathroom is shared between 3 of us as the 4th room is an ensuite in the attic.

The house has a big garden that gets lots of sun and a shed for bike storage. There’s non-permit on-street parking available, and the location offers easy access to the M32.

The location is amazing! St Werburghs is a lush neighbourhood with a relaxed vibe and great pubs. It’s also within walking distance of Easton, Gloucester Road, Cabbot Circus and Old Market.

The room is unfurnished, but I will be selling my wardrobe, mattress (only 2 months old) and potentially bedframe, so if you are interested, that could work out well!

Rent is £660 per month, plus approx. £115 for bills (energy, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, and shared household essentials like toilet roll and olive oil etc)
