Lovely fully furnished (bed linen provided) double room with shared bathroom, lounge, kitchen / diner. Washing machine, shared large fridge / freezer. Quiet household and neighbours.

Close to Haywards Heath, Glynde, Lewes and Brighton is a bit further away but accessible. There is public transport which is a short 15 minute walk. Going to Forest Row and East Grinstead, you will need a car. If wanting to travel around, because we are more in the country side, a car would be easier.

We are surrounded by woods, so there are lots of lovely walks. There isn't a garden, but a couple of areas around the flat where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea, glass of wine or read a book (in the summer).

Free Wifi, Wifi calling and Whats App as mobiles are generally ok - but the signal can drop.
All bills are included.

Ideally this will suit a working professional who needs somewhere comfy and friendly to stay whilst in the area. You may be on sabbatical, or on secondment or just somewhere for a week, or mon to friday - or longer. Longer than 6 months lets will be considered depending upon our respective situations.

I work part time and use the home for my other creative interests (am a writer). Have a good sense of humour and am passionate about creativity, sustainability, enjoy a good chat, but also love my own space. I may have friends to stay from time to time.

Available to view and move in from the 18th May. The deposit is for guests staying longer than 4 weeks. Females are preferred, although would consider men too, if there was a good match. Refs are required if staying longer than a month.
