Myself (Callum) and my flatmate Jan are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our cosy top floor flat in Leith.
About the flat
We have a room to rent in our flat available now. The location is at the end of Easter Road within a 5 minute walk from Lidl, Tesco, Leith Walk, 2 tramstops, buses to everywhere, pubs, cafes, parks and cycle paths. The flat is top floor and double glazed meaning it is relatively warm during the day even in the colder months. The building is safe and all the neighbours are nice people who often have bbqs in the garden during the summer. We have lots of cooking equipment, big TV and the room comes furnished. Bills are approx £30/40 per month and council tax is £58 per month.
About us
We are two friends who have lived together for 6 years and enjoy hanging out in the living room watching TV or playing games. I work as a chef (sometimes i cook something nice to share) and Jan works as a bar manager. Also, we are both musicians who love to listen and discover new music, go to gigs and play in bands. We hang out with our friends in the local pubs so the right person would be welcome to join!
