Quiet 3 bed house share in Maryland bills incl

We have a double bedroom available in our 3 bed house share around May 30th.

You would be sharing with two female house mates: Mel, 40, psychotherapist from Hong Kong, and Pressi, 25, budding graphic designer from Bulgaria.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac, has a front and back garden and a large living room and kitchen.
We are 8min walk from Maryland station on the Elizabeth line, 15 min walk to Westfield and the Olympic park, 2-4 minutes to shops and the high street, 1 min to the bus stop.

The room is available on a rolling monthly let, and the moving dates can be slightly flexible.
All bills are included in the rent.

The ideal house mate would be someone mature who wants to stay at least a year and is interested in making the house their home. We are open to short term lets if we can't find an ideal long term housemate in May.
