We’ve got a lovely double room available from 4th July in our spacious four-bedroom house. The room is a great size with bay window, fireplace (non-working!) and built-in shelves. The house is in Hove, a 5-10 minute walk to Seven Dials, 15-20 minutes to both Brighton and Hove train stations, and an easy walk to Hove seafront. It's a calm and safe residential area, on the number 7 and 3X bus routes.

We're 3 professional females in our forties, looking for another female to share our friendly household. Eiluned is a gardener, María is a graphic designer and Mayte is a teaching assistant.

Our home has lovely period features, a fully equipped kitchen (with 2 tall fridges, dishwasher etc), a main bathroom plus an extra toilet, a large living room and a garden which gets plenty of sun! The room comes unfurnished. Bills are not included in rent and come to approx. £155 each per month (council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, water and TV license).

Parking permit zone O with no waiting list and always easy to find a space!
