Calm & Friendly Home Near Beach & Hospital

I’m a working professional and live-in owner who has recently bought my home, and I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a calm, clean, and friendly space.

Ideally I’m looking for another professional, though I’d consider a mature student if the fit feels right.

The flat is still being furnished as I’ve recently moved in, but the bathroom has just been fully renovated and is completely brand new. The second bedroom is currently unfurnished, however I’m happy for someone to furnish it to their own taste if preferred or I can furnish the bedroom. A sofa for the living room will also be arriving within the next few weeks.

I work from home occasionally (not every day) and naturally enjoy a peaceful home environment. I’m fairly introverted but friendly, easygoing, and appreciate a relaxed atmosphere with mutual respect.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with not a party house at all, though of course people have their own schedules and routines. I do cook at home and sometimes use strong flavours, so hopefully that wouldn’t be an issue 😊

I’d really love this to feel like a comfortable home for both of us rather than just a rental arrangement.

Would particularly suit a professional working at Bournemouth Hospital or nearby.
