I love my home most of the time. Why? I love the way the back garden goes down from the kitchen a few steps making it a private place to have a morning coffee or just spend sometime. I am so grateful I have a greenhouse (although todate have not worked out what grows in it as everything I have tried has shrivelled up). However, I am grateful for my greenhouse and will endeavour to find out what to put in it soon. I love my dining room because the floor is laminated and easy to clean. I also love my dining table which can seat more than 7 although I probably should get a smaller table to discourage loads of visitors I do not know. I love my living room because the floor is laminated and I enjoy sitting on my leather setees which are positioned well to have a natter, should a friend come around for a coffee and a natter. I do not have many expensive items so the wrong proprerty to burgal. However, just the sort of things most people have in their home and either use or do not use (an example of this might be a TV). I love my home because its generally fairly peaceful. When its not, I wear Eardefenders (the fluffy ones you wear in the snow). I love my kitchen because from the kitchen I have a very good view so I never feel isolated, cut off. Infact, should I get rid of all my net curtains, I would not feel isolated at all. I have a great view as my home is slightly elevated which means that burgulars are more visible, I am more visible and I love the views from my home. I love the laminate floor in the hallway and the kitchen which means I can mop, sweep and hoover easily. The kitchen has everything I need and as I walk into the hallway, I am glad of the fitted cupboard/shelves at the bottom of the stairs. Embarking up the stairs to the rooms on a carpet and onto the landing with carpet. The little room is small and compact with cupboards under the bed, over the bed and to the side of the bed. A deceptive little room - I once slept in there with a house full of lodgers. With all I owned from my bedroom in that room. Everything fitted in. I love my main bedroom because its spacious and I have a great view and all rooms have fitted wardrobes. The largest room has its own set of steps and provides a fabulous view from two sets of windows and at the other end if you poke your head out, you could get attacked by the seaguls who are nesting presently. Once the babies are hatched, they put on a splendid show - demonstrating how they teach their babies to fly and encouraging them as they go. This all takes place from one of the windows. Although I wouldn't advise you put your head out while they are very young and training. They tend to be ok with me, because they know and recognise me but might not be so accepting of a stranger. The next bedroom is adequate and I often feel very calm and happy in this room instantly, if waking up in a grumpy mood or having a bad day, I simply push the nets apart and survey several gardens - neighbour watch. I keep an eye on 6 properties! Thats it really. The bathroom and landings are standard and if you want to get to the shops, there is a road locally that takes you to most places: supermarkets, shops, etc. My home is in between 2 main hospitals in 2 different towns. A great home, with lots to offer. Countryside one way and towns the other. A pub you can walk to and shops also. Basically, I truly landed on my feet when I got this property but sometimes we take it for granted. One other thing to add is the house has quirkly wooden features. I love my home. Looking for a lodger to enjoy living here also. Perhaps some new friends as we always need to make some new friends. Finally, the home is slightly dated but tidy in most rooms. I may or maynot have included the seagulls in the number of room mates.
