Spare room available in a well-located home on Curtain Road, just a 5-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street, 8 minutes from Old Street Station, and 11 minutes on foot to Liverpool Street.

The household consists of a mum and her five-year-old daughter. She is a very calm and easygoing child, and we are out most of the day due to work commitments, so the home is generally quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere is calm and family-oriented, so we are looking for someone who is respectful of a family environment and likes the safety and coziness of it. At the same time, there’s no need to worry about typical “noisy child” concerns — she is genuinely very chilled. We both cool 😎

We take cleanliness and order seriously, so we’re looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.

Due to the household setup and daily routine, the room is unfortunately not suitable for someone working from home full time.
