Bright Double Room + Private Bathroom in Friendly Westbury-on-Trym Flat

Hi! I’m Katie, 28, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely 2-bed flat in Westbury-on-Trym.

The flat is spacious, cosy and really well located — just a few minutes from Westbury village, with lots of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Henleaze High Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Clifton Downs is around 15 minutes on foot.

The room available is a good-sized double with large built-in wardrobes, and you’d also have your own private bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished (happy to discuss changing bits around if needed!).

One of my favourite parts of the flat is the balcony, which gets loads of sun and is lovely in the warmer months. There is also a communal garden shared between the building.
There’s also a spacious kitchen diner and plenty of on-street parking, plus one allocated parking space.

Transport links are great too — there’s a bus stop just a minute away with easy access into the city centre, Clifton and Whiteladies Road.

A little about me — I work as a midwife in Bristol and outside work I love musical theatre, going to the gym, running and spending time with friends. I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who’d enjoy a chat or the occasional evening together, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

Because I do shift work (including nights/weekends), I’m ideally looking for someone mindful around noise late at night when I’m on early or night shifts.
