We have a lovely double room available from 25th May, but can be flexible until 1st June.

The house is well loved and is a stunning location for the summer - a great back garden and the harbourside right on your doorstep! You're also just a 20 min walk to the centre of town and a 15 minute walk away from North Street with loads of food options, pubs, gyms etc. Location literally couldn't be better.

The room is at the back of the house and is super quiet, with gorgeous afternoon sun. It comes unfurnished, but there is a clothes rail I'm happy to sell on if wanted. There's also a built in shelving unit with two drawers at the bottom, and there's plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

There's a separate kitchen and shared living space, back garden, plus two bathrooms (and a bath!) for all your cleanliness needs. No queuing freeeedom 💃
And if you have a car, we got youuu with a road parking permit 🚗

You’ll be living with the lovely Ella, George and Izzy:

Ella works in communications on a 9-5 and loves running, cross fit, cooking, and having a solid debrief.

George works in insurance on a 9-5 and loves to cook up a storm and continue our growing plant family - in and outside of the house

Izzy is our hostess with the most-ess and works in a restaurant on the evenings and weekends. She is super crafty, and a fab gardener

Details:

- Bills come to about £180 per month so it would be £660 including bills, and deposit is approx. £400.
- Council tax band D
- Go through a responsive letting agent, have always been pretty quick to fix things. They will need to take references.
