Great access to major motorway links like M42, M40 and M 5 within 5 min drive. Local train stations Whitlocks end , Wythall and Shirley within a 10 minute drive with links to Birmingham and Stratford on Avon in around 20 minutes. Ample off street safe parking and access to a shed for bicycle storage.
The house will be shared with myself and my adult son, with access to a large family kitchen , utility room , separate lounge and
a large garden space. Prefer a professional person needing a base.
