We have a lovely double room available in our flat in Tottenham ✨

Who we are looking for
A laid-back professional who's clean and tidy, happy contribute to keeping the place nice and homely. Someone who loves animals and is happy to share their space with our cat, Kyo. Ideally, someone who works a mix in the office and at home. Generally a good, kind person 💛

The flat
4 bed (3 bedrooms and a box room), 2 bath split level flat. Whilst we technically have 4 rooms, there will only be 3 of us living here as the smallest room isn’t used as a bedroom. We are the first floor of a period conversion. The flat has an open plan living/dinning room, and kitchen. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bath.

The room
It is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, and tallboy draws. The room is £850 + electricity bills (around £50 in winter and £20 in summer).

Your housemates
You’ll be sharing with 2 girls in their mid 30s and an adorable cat, Kyo 🐾! We treat the house like a home, the vibe is warm and easy going. We are both quite busy, in and out a lot but we are friendly and enjoy a chat over dinner.

Location
Perfectly located between Tottenham Hale (5 min walk) and Seven Sisters stations (10–15 min). Easy access to tubes, trains, and the overground.

The area is super convenient with Tesco, Lidl, and Asda close by. The canal is also a short walk away with routes around the wetlands and marshes.

Move-in date: From 24th May - we are happy to wait for the right person!
