Lovely room in Vauxhall flat!

Hi! We are three women (30-32 years old) looking to fill a room in our four-bed, two-bath Vauxhall flat with a large rooftop terrace. We’re a five-min walk to the Victoria line at Vauxhall Station and a 10-min walk to the Northern line at Oval. Plenty of green spaces, restaurants, and shops nearby. Move-in is the end of May.

We’re looking for someone who is a similar age (28-34 year olds only please!!) who is queer friendly, tidy, and enjoys a good chat in the communal space.

IMPORTANT: You would move into room B initially for 2 months and then relocate to room A when Winnie leaves the flat at the end of July. Room A has its own private terrace that is separate from the larger shared terrace.

The house is made up of Sunny, a journalist from the US; Winnie who works in partnerships and is studying Chinese herbalism and is Scottish/Taiwanese; and Emily from the UK who works in politics.

Rent is £800, and bills typically come to £130 max.
