Hi everyone! I'm just signing onto a lovely two bed flat in Queen's Park / Kensal Rise and am looking for a flatmate.

- 2 mins to Kensal Rise Station
- 10 mins to Queens Park
- Great views
- Part furnished

Rent would be £1,150 excl. bills (approx. £150) and you'd sign onto the lease with the management agency. The lease would start from 29 May 2026. The deposit would be £1,325. Council tax B.

I'm Hannah (28) and a town planner. I tend to be in the office 3 days a week but otherwise WFH. I'm big into swimming (Hampstead ponds anyone!?), and recently started going to football and ballet (very bad at both). Also love exhibitions, going to the theatre and eating out (although live a sad little gluten free life). The classic like to hang out but also do my own thing lol

You'd also be sharing with Speedy - my 10 year-old 3-legged cat. I wouldn't expect you to help look after him or anything you didn't want to do but you're more than welcome to play / hang out with him - he loves company and he's a bit of a couch potato!
