Summer Sublet in Clifton!!

Looking for 3 people for my flat on Chantry Road, Clifton, 01/06-31/08. Rent is £850pcm per room (Bills included).

It’s a spacious top-floor flat just off Whiteladies Road, close to Sainsbury’s, cafes, shops, bus routes and good links around Bristol. The flat has a large bright living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and an extra room that can be used as a study/home office, so it would suit students, interns or young professionals needing a nice place to live over summer.

I’ll also be living in the flat over summer (I am a third year UOB student), so this is for 3 available rooms rather than the whole property. I'm pretty easy to get along with, always up for a drink or just chilling at home. I will be working full time so can be out of your hair if you need.

The rooms have good wardrobe/storage space and will be fully furnished before move-in with beds, new mattresses, desks, chairs, bedside tables, lamps etc.
