Looking for replacement housemates

This property is a semi-detached house with a nice long garden. We have a bike shed and a single bathroom to share amongst 4 residents.
This property is located very close (5 min walk) to the Cambridge Science Park and about a 15-20 minute cycle into the city centre.
I am looking for two more housemates, ideally placement year interns, to replace the current tenants.
This would be ideal accommodation for an intern starting a year long placement at the beginning of July at the Science Park.
The room price listed and security deposit is only an average, the individual price per room and deposit will be decided as a group.
The bill cost pppm is roughly £80 and will also be worked out as a group.
Three bedrooms out of four bedrooms are available to pick from if there are strong preferences, all the bedrooms have working locks.
The council tax band of the property is C.
The living area has lots of storage area, a gas hob and oven, tumble drier, washing machine and a fridge freezer plus another fridge/ fridge freezer tbc.
