The bed is a super king - includes bedding with two duvet cover sets. The room has two large wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, an armchair and a chest for storing bedding, towels etc. There is space for a desk or dressing table as well.

Extremely chilled and sociable landlady. I have had lodgers on and off for three years and love having someone else in the house. I wfh 2 days a week and travel a lot with my job. I have a second spare room which is available if you would prefer a smaller/cheaper room (not looking to rent both!)

Couples considered - rent would be £1300 inc bills
