Double room with ensuite in a spacious basement flat, just a 2-minute walk from Earls Court station (District & Piccadilly lines) and a 7 minute walk to the Overground at West Brompton Station.

Rent: £1465 per month including bills
Deposit: £1000 each, £2000 total

You’ll be living with 3 Kiwi flatmates (1 couple + 1 single), all 26. Everyone is friendly, sociable, tidy, and respectful. We often hang out together in the evenings watching shows, but also respect each other’s space.

One thing to note: the ensuite shower attached to the room is shared with one other flatmate. They have their own toilet and sink, so it’s only the shower that’s shared. Please only reach out if you’re comfortable with this setup
