2nd Room Available from 22 nd June - ZONE 1

Hi All,
The second room in the property I'm renting will be available from the 22nd June. The current tenant has decided she is ready to buy, its a shame as we got on well, but off course it make sense if you can, she is a lawyer working in the bank area and I'm sure she would gladly meet any potential tenants alongside myself to give the lay of the land so to speak.

Its in a great location, Zone 1, backs onto Imperial war museum and its easy to get pretty much anywhere, the flat is over 2 floors.
I sometimes walk to work in London bridge.

About me:
I'm a structural engineer who works in London bridge , I WFH 2 days per week, I like a chilled vibe, where everyone shows respect and consideration for each other . I don't really party and its not suitable for anyone looking for that type of vibe. Of course , I'm happy to have a chat and glass of vino
I am clean, always making sure I clean up after myself.

I have a keen interest in meditation and Buddhism, if that helps paint the picture more of where I am at. Although I am by no means a monk :)

The room itself is at the back of the house which is quieter, and its the top floor so no one underneath and has a view of the shard. Its a decent sized double.

The neighbours downstairs are great , and the flat itself has sound proofed flooring, so no noise from below.
