Double bedroom available in a 2bed home in Urmston just a short walk from the train station, with on street parking, restaurants and a decent sized Aldi and Sainsbury’s close by.
It's a spacious, light-filled home, with a small garden and lots of storage space. There’s also a converted attic that can be used as an office if you wfh.
The rent is £575 and bills are an additional £198 including council tax.
The house was unfurnished when we originally moved in and my flatmate will be taking most of her furniture with her so the room unfurnished, but she’s happy to leave the draws and clothes rail behind.

I’m a 37 year old freelance photographer, originally from London, but I've been living in Manchester for 8 years.
I'm into pottery, yoga, board games, pub quizzes, weekend walks and a weekly salsa class. My job means I work a lot of weekends, and I mostly work from home during the week. I'm clean and tidy, and I enjoy cooking. I’m always happy to have a cosy night in watching Netflix. I have a mostly plant-based diet, and would prefer living with someone who is at least pescatarian.
I'm looking to buy a home this year, so I'm looking for someone who is after something short term (3-6months) with the possibility of chatting with the landlord about staying on after I’ve left.
