We’re offering one lovely, bright room in our cosy 3-person Clifton flat for a good price (£600 + bills).

The location is amazing – just a short walk from the Downs, the train station, and local shops. Our flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join our relaxed home.

We’re very chilled housemates – we mostly do our own thing but also enjoy the occasional cinema trip or going out for food. Flynn is a postgraduate student at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and Josh is an accountant. Unfortunately there is no communal living room but there is a nice big table in the kitchen which we often sit around when cooking.
Council tax is around £90p/m and bills on average come to around £90 p/m also.

The start date of June 13th is based on the contract, and rent is due on the 13th of every month.
