You'd have the entire top floor to yourself, sharing the house with just myself. The room comes part-furnished with a bed and mattress; you'd just need to bring a desk and any personal touches.

Downstairs, there's a generous kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a comfortable living room.

A fortnightly cleaner takes care of the communal areas every other Friday, so the house is kept in great shape.

The house comes with one extra resident: a small, friendly cat. She's very well-behaved but unfortunately doesn't get on with other animals, so this isn't suitable for anyone with pets.
