Clerkenwell 2b1b - Renew lease by June 15th!

I am moving to America to start a new role in July 1st. Our lease ends on August 15th, so I am looking for someone to join our flat during this time. *It's an option to renew the lease after August 15th but we need to let the landlord know by June 15th!*

It has been lovely living here. It's in a beautiful neighbourhood where everything is within reach, but is still quiet and calm despite being in central London.

*You will have your own bathroom.* It is a duplex with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement level, which has a private balcony-esque space going out from the basement.

There are so many things to do nearby -- Go to the Barbican to see a movie, have a drink at Exmouth Market, or sit by the Angel section of the canal.

Your flatmate Lucas is a UCL English Literature graduate, who is a photographer and videographer for gigs around London. He's super cool to chat, and live with, but he will be gone for 2-3 weeks during your stay, so you will have the flat to yourself during that time. Likewise, he is often out at gigs in the evening, in which case you have the flat to yourself as well.
