We’re a friendly house of two girls and one guy looking for a new housemate to join our riverside maisonette. We love a balance of chilled nights in — films, chats, and general pottering about together — as well as the occasional trip out to events or day parties as a house.
We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and happy to stick to a weekly cleaning rota (this is genuinely important to us!). We’re not militant, we just really value a tidy, comfortable space that feels nice to come home to.
The room is small but cosy, with a toilet right outside the door for extra convenience. The room will be unfurnished with the exception of a wardrobe and bedside table (if needed). The house itself is warm and welcoming, set right on the river with a lovely view. We’re about a 20-minute walk from the city centre and have great public transport links nearby. Parking is also available with a parking pass.
