Summer sublet, balcony, en suite, female only

Double room with balcony, next to the canal! Great walk / run / cycle path!

I’m away for 2 - 3 months and looking to fill my room any time from now (or starting June 1st latest to August) I can be flexible but within the first two weeks would be ideal!

Charlotte lives here and she is just great.
She works for a Christian charity in media and communications and is very social so you would have the space to yourself quite a bit as well! We often have tea together and chat but also have our own lives. We are both intentionally very tidy and clean and never have to ask anything of each other as we both pull our weight very well.
We are next to Ruchill park which is gorgeous in summer right now all the cherry blossoms are out and there’s lots of good sunset / bbq spots.
The neighbours are lovely.

Big Tesco and McDonald’s is a few mins walk
Lidl is about 30 mins walk or a few mins drive
We are a few minutes walk from the Climbing Acadey and and JD gym
the gym is great and only £10 your first month , it always included a female only sauna which is decent too!

The neighbours are lovely and it’s very safe and friendly street :)
Home Church is a couple minutes walk also!

We’re more than happy for a non Christian to live here but we do host the occasional small groups and stuff like that so as long as that is comfortable for you !

Please do text, ideally we’d like to do a few more viewings over this weekend and find someone quite quickly.

No smoking no pets and not suitable for couples :)
