Hi everyone! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and easy going female flatmate to share a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Old Trafford. My current flatmate is moving out, so the room will be available from mid-June. The apartment is ideal for a working professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-connected home close to the City Centre and Salford quays.
The available room is a spacious furnished double bedroom with plenty of natural light, along with a dedicated private bathroom located just outside the room solely for your use. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a secure modern building with fob-access lift entry and has a bright open-plan living and dining area, a fully fitted modern kitchen with a large balcony, residents’ gym, and allocated parking.
The location is one of the best parts — the apartment is very close to Pomona Tram Station and nearby bus stops, making commuting into Manchester city centre, Trafford centre and surrounding areas really easy and convenient.
• Rent: £750 pcm (bills not included)
• Bills come to approximately £150–£180 pcm depending on usage, including council tax, WiFi, water and electricity
• Electricity costs are usually very manageable with normal usage
• If working fully from home, utility sharing can be discussed fairly

A little about me — I’m a working professional, friendly, respectful and enjoy keeping the flat clean, cosy and relaxed. I’d love to share the space with someone who is similarly tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. I’m ideally looking for another female working professional who wants a comfortable long-term home rather than just a place to stay.
