Double in Elephant & Castle flat

We have a double available in our central 3-bed flat in Elephant and Castle.

The flat is located around 5mins from E&C station (Bakerloo and Northern line), but tucked away from the main roads at Newington Gardens. The living room faces a courtyard and is bright and quiet. There’s also a (very) small outdoor space/balcony which can be accessed from the living room window.

The available room comes with a double bed and mattress, shelf, an open wardrobe and a desk. Our landlord is quite flexible about replacing/discarding furniture so could accommodate some of your own furniture if you wish! Bills are around £100 a month and up to £150 in the winter months.

Other than E&C station, it’s about a 10-15min walk to London Bridge and Blackfriars. Lots of busses going through E&C so great connections to pretty much anywhere!

Ideally we’re looking for a professional in their mid to late twenties (sorry no students due to council tax, unless you’re happy to chip in anyways).
The current household is two girls in their mid-twenties, one working in the arts and one a postgrad student at the RCA, with one of us currently working from home four days a week. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly!

Flexible move-in between mid-June and end of July, we’re looking to have viewings starting in the W/C May 25th. No short-term lets, sorry.
