Large room available in friendly 3 bed flat

We've got a room available in our lovely 3 bed flat. Our flatmate Colleen is moving out and we're having a bit of a reshuffle, I'm taking her room, which means my current room will be free in June. It's a huge double (pics dont do it justice) with big windows, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and mattress and lots of space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat itself is spread across three floors and has a gorg living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

You'd be living with Henrietta (27) and me, Mairead (30). We're a friendly, social flat and love to watch a bit of tv together but also v happy to give each other space. We keep things tidy with a cleaning rota and use Splitwise for bills so everythings easy & fair!

Location wise, we're absolutely spoiled, 5 minutes to Harringay station, 5-10 minutes to Green Lanes with all its cafes and restaurants (Dusty Knuckle is at the end of our street!), 10 minutes to Finsbury Park (we'll often drag ourselves to the park run on a Sat), and a big Sainsbury's and Aldi close by.
