Large private en-suite room right next to Godalming town centre, about 8-10 mins walk to train to London. Full fibre internet, very fast.

Room has en-suite toilet, microwave and mini fridge, and its own front door.

Really quiet and peaceful area.

Pets are fine.

Rest of the property : big lounge diner with underfloor heating, massive telly and all the usual kitchen bits

Lovely outside patio space for the summer months

Parking is fiddly but can arrange on-road permit for the road (about fifty quid a year I think) There’s also free street parking about 5 mins walk away up the hill.
